A traditional Bakery&Pastry " Les Délices de Gavray", located in Basse-Normandy, has been using the divider-shaper Atoupains MERAND for 5 years.

We had the pleasure to speak with the bakery manager Mr COSSE, and here is what he told us about his experience with our divider-shaper :

"If I had to describe the divider-shaper Atoupains in three words, I would say : quality, regularity and ease.

Before buying a new machine we had another divider but we were losing a lot of time with it. That's why we made the decision to invest in a new machine. I liked the divider-shaper Atoupains for its ease of use and high-quality final products. Thanks to the AlvéoForm system the machine allows us to make very beautiful baguettes in no time. In addition, the products we obtain are regular and, therefore, we are sure to offer our customers high-quality breads.

Thanks to the different interchangeable grids, we now produce baguettes de Tradition, sandwiches, baguettes Maxi Tradition and individual breads. We are making around 200 baguettes a day and are very satisfied with their quality.
