Every day, our engineers work in partnership with bakers to create new products adapted to their evolving needs.
Our job is to design machines to enable bakers to save time, improve their productivity and expand their range of breads, while respecting the quality of their doughs.
Innovation awards
In order to reconcile these seemingly contradictory requirements (increased productivity / respect for the dough and bread-making tradition), we place great emphasis on our Research & Development. We collaborate with partner bakers to finalise the development of our inventions and we have our own in-house baker and laboratory (MERAND Baking Lab).
