Demonstration Day at Moulin Soufflet

The audience could appreciate the quality of the baguettes with a nice rounded base (not flat and without cutting marks on sides) thanks to the patended Merand Alveoform system.

Bakers shared their impressions during a buffet at lunchtime before visiting Le Moulin Soufflet facilities and attending another demonstration in the afternoon.
