Today we had the pleasure of talking with M CADORET - the manager of a traditional bakery CADORET in Nantes.

In 2016, the company made the decision to invest in a new machine - the divider-shaper Atoupains MERAND. And today M CADORET decided to share his experience with the colleagues-bakers: 

"Since we have the divider-shaper, the organization of work at the bakery is much easier to manage.

I took over the bakery in 2015. A year and a half later, the demand increased a lot. So we went from one to three bakers which was a lot for such a small bakery. Most importantly, it has become very difficult to manage the work in the bakery.

One of the biggest advantages of this machine is that we can make baguettes when we want and adapt to our customers' needs. It allowed us to reorganized many things, including hiring a pastry chef and offering our customers a wider range of products.

We bought the model with the option Atoupains which saves a lot of time on baguettes shaping. In addition, we can make about 150 baguettes to make it profitable. So, thanks to the divider-shaper Atoupains it is much easier today to organize the work.

This machine also makes very beautiful baguettes thanks to AlvéoForm system. It allows a better cutting of the baguettes so they are more rounded on the sides, compared with the rectangular grids. The baguettes cut with the straight cut grids are not very pretty. So we are very satisfied with the results obtained thanks to the divider-shaper Atoupains and we manage to make up to 600 baguettes a day. We strongly recommend this machine to all our colleagues-bakers".
