Committed and original, quality products, choice, recipes balanced between tradition and innovation, ... this is how we can describe the Victor Le Boulanger bakery-pastry shop.

Established since 2008 in Rillieux-la-Pape, in France, this bakery continues to seduce customers with its good recipes and delicious breads. As part of the renewal of its equipment and with the aim of improving the consistency of its products, the management of the bakery invested in the Stradivario MERAND automatic divider-shaper.

A little resistant at first, the bakers now use this machine for the production of most products: baguettes, paving stones, sandwich breads, ...:

"It's a very good machine that meets our needs 100%. It has allowed us to save a lot of time on production. Thanks to the AutoTrad system, in less than 10 seconds the machine automatically divides the block of dough into 10 baguettes. With two AlvéoForm trays, there is no waiting time. We put the already divided dough pieces in the oven while the machine divides the next ones by itself, it is very practical. Currently we make about 1,500 baguettes/day in less time than before. And the finished products are very beautiful and regular, it is really appreciable.

It is true that at the beginning we were a little afraid to take such an automated machine but today we are completely satisfied. It is very easy to use, even by unqualified staff. All the recipes are memorized. The baker selects the desired recipe and the machine does the rest.

Very ergonomic, it does not take up much space. There is less handling to do, therefore less MSD, the bakers are very happy. I highly recommend it! "

Thanks to the entire team at the Victor Le Boulanger bakery for this great feedback and the trust placed in us!
