The MERAND manual proofer guarantees efficient ergonomics. Thanks to its compact size, it allows you to optimise the space in your bakery. The PAGE manual proofer in known, in particular, for its robustness with its structure made of double thickness 20/10 steel sheet on the sides.

Operators can easily remove the DIBON panels to access the interior of the manual proofer for maintenance or service, without risking to weaken the structure.

Another indisputable advantage is the Nyltex pockets, a material designed by MERAND to avoid sticking in the pockets. This material, similar to mosquito net fabric, allows the dough to "breathe" and dries much faster than felt.

With dimensions varying from 98 to 137cm in depth, and from 127 to 167cm in width, MERAND manual proofers adapt perfectly to all bakeries, including the smallest ones.
