  • This line is composed of an hydraulic divider (or divider-shaper), an intermediate proofer and a moulder. You have a better comfort and you are earning time regarding a traditional solution with resting time on tables or plates.
  • Right after division, the dough pieces are placed manually onto the proofer (PAGE range) by the operator for the resting time. After that (time is at the choice of the operator), he takes the dough pieces to put them into the moulder.
  • Proofers from PAGE range optimise the hygiene thanks to swing trays made of Nyltex and to the Hygiene Pack (UV lamps + humidity extractor).
  • The operator does not have to manipulate the tables anymore and the dough pieces are in a draught-free area.
  • Vertical moulders Tregor or horizontal ones (Armor ABS) can be placed over the PAGE proofers.
