Semi-automatic solution consist of a hydraulic divider (or divider-former), a semi-automatic scale and a shaper

As with a manual proofer rest, the operator manually places the divided manual proofer in the expansion chamber. However, this solution saves a lot of time as it is no longer necessary to manually take the dough pieces and put them into the shaping machine. They are fed directly through the semi-automatic resting chamber as soon as the operator decides.

The Compact PAGE version takes up very little space since the shaper is inside the swing. On other hand, in the Leader PAGE version, as the shaper (vertical or horizontal) is outside, 2 operators can work at the same time. This offers a considerable gain in productivity because while one operator divides the dough pieces and places them in the Leader PAGE resting chamber, the other recovers the shaped dough pieces and places them on the nets or layers.
