A set composed of a hydraulic divider (or divider-former)a dough piece rest and a shaper which brings a better comfort and a time saving compared to a traditional solution of dough pieces relaxation on tables or boards

Indeed, after the division, the dough pieces are manually placed in the dough piece rest (PAGE range) by the operator for the relaxation. After the relaxation (duration chosen by the operator), he takes them back to introduce them into the shaping machine.

The MERAND PAGE range of stick rests optimise hygiene thanks to the Nyltex gutters and the Hygiene pack (UV lamps + moisture extractor).

The operator no longer has to handle the boards and the dough pieces are protected from draughts. The vertical Trégor or horizontal Armor shaper can be placed on the MERAND Page manual proofer.

Production of baguettes, round-end baguettes, buns, flat bread, sandwich bread on the manual group specially designed for craft bakeries.
