3Form semi-industrial moulder
Ideal for shaping the tradition baguettes or baguettes with pointed ends. The 3Form moulder respects your doughs while providing important production rates. Its 3-step shaping allows not to warm up your doughs, and to lengthen without having to pull them on, which could tear them up.
With the Rollscoup accessory, you have the possibility to cut your dough with good regularity, and thus drastically increase your production capacities.
Its spreader belts make it possible either to lengthen the baguette a little more, or to spread the rolls so that they have a space between them on trays so that they do not touch each other during baking.
The "L" shape loading system will save your precious time by putting automatically the baguettes on trays. You don't have to touch the products up manually, and therefore to unstructure them.
