3Form semi-industrial moulder

The 3Form semi-industrial moulder allows a very high degree of regularity in dough lengthening, as well as an optimum respect for the dough thanks to its progressive 3-step shaping. Possibility of automatic cutting into 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 baguettes, with automatic deposit on trays. Up to 1 800 pieces/h.
Dough pieces from 50 g to 1 450g.

Ideal for shaping the tradition baguettes or baguettes with pointed ends. The 3Form moulder respects your doughs while providing important production rates. Its 3-step shaping allows not to warm up your doughs, and to lengthen without having to pull them on, which could tear them up.

With the Rollscoup accessory, you have the possibility to cut your dough with good regularity, and thus drastically increase your production capacities.

Its spreader belts make it possible either to lengthen the baguette a little more, or to spread the rolls so that they have a space between them on trays so that they do not touch each other during baking.

The "L" shape loading system will save your precious time by putting automatically the baguettes on trays. You don't have to touch the products up manually, and therefore to unstructure them.

  • Lengthening system in 3 steps with 2 slackenings of the dough pieces

  • Vertical moulder equipped with a pre-rolling roll and two forming rolls

  • First calibrated moulding for a better regularity of the breads

  • Regularity in length, very useful for a nice cut

  • 3-V alignment: one - at the exit of the first moulding, one - at the exit of the moulding and the last one before the deposit on trays

  • Re-alignment mesh between the extensions

  • Outside flour duster at the exit of the first lengthening to limit dough sticking

The Lofty divider can automatically divide dough pieces for breads and baguettes from 1 000 to 2 400 pieces/h. Its hopper with a capacity of approximately 200kg of dough gives the possibility of pouring a complete kneader into it. It is the basis of most MERAND automatic groups.

Thanks to its automatic loading and emptying the BMF ensures a high production rates and minimize operator handling. The moulder is situated outside the proofer.
