The TopSeeds cereal distribution system automatically deposits seeds on top of dough pieces. The dough pieces are slightly moistened with a "drop by drop" and then the seeds are placed.

The water spraying module is connected to the water system by means of a quick coupling. The water spray rate is adjustable in frequency and pulse duration, which ensures a good seed attachment to the dough pieces. The seed module deposits the seed evenly on the dough pieces.

The seed flow rate is adjustable to ensure that the seed is deposited only on the product, thus limiting loss. The unit is also equipped with a water and seed collection tray, limiting waste and facilitating cleanliness around the machine.
