The conical rounder ConiBall F1 is well suited for pre-rolling a wide variety of doughs, such as rye-based doughs, multi-grain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that need to be rounded or short-formed.

The conical rounder ConiBall is well suited for the pre-rounding of a wide variety of doughs, such as rye doughs, multigrain doughs, hard doughs and all types of dough pieces that must be rounded or shaped short.
The rounding is obtained thanks to a cone which when turning, makes the dough roll along a concave spiral slide. This rounder is perfect for making a tight pre-rounding of the dough pieces before going to the intermediate proofer.
