We are delighted to present to you today the prestigious Rey et Fils bakery & pastry shop, a brand that embodies the culinary art from its 6 Délices Café by Rey boutiques, carefully distributed from Menton to Cap d'Ail (France). This renowned bakery in the region is famous for the exceptional quality of its products.
At the heart of its production center, nestled in the Carei Production Zone in Menton, artisanal creations of rare excellence are born. The services offered by Rey et Fils are just as delectable for individuals as for professionals, covering the entire French Riviera and the principality of Monaco.
To meet growing demand in the market and optimize its production, the year 2021 saw the company make a strategic investment in the MERAND automatic group. Composed of a DivBloc Dual divider, a Mecaform automatic intermediate proofer, and an Armor ABS horizontal moulder, this group's main objective was to increase the regularity of finished products while minimizing musculoskeletal disorders among operators.
