Divider-shaper Atoupains
It has now been 6 years since the Canet-en-Roussillon Casino invested in one of our Atoupains divider-shaper. We recently spoke with the head of the bakery department, who gave us his impressions of this machine:
“Since November 2017, our experience with the Atoupains divider-shaper has been going really well. Thanks to this machine, we were able to effectively respond to our customers' growing demand for baguettes, dough blocks and individual breads. The consistency of our products is a real asset, and we are delighted to note that the machine's reliability has never been compromised since its acquisition.
In particular, during the summer months of July and August, our store records growing activity, with production reaching between 500 and 600 baguettes per day. It is thanks to Atoupains that we can successfully meet this challenge, while maintaining the high quality of our breads. We work on MERAND trays and baker's felt, which allows us to reduce the humidity below the dough pieces and avoid having a crust.
What we particularly appreciate about the Atoupains divider is not only its consistent performance, but also its flawless robustness. Since we acquired it, the machine has not experienced any technical problems. This is a proof of the quality and durability of the equipment. We highly recommend this machine to our fellow bakers! »
