Roller Dual eccentric rounder
The Roller Dual is a versatile machine with 2 modules in 1. It has the same rounding bell as the other eccentric rounders of the MERAND range, but it incorporates in addition a moulder for short loaves. Eccentric rounders are very well suited for the final rounding of dough pieces after resting phase.
The movement of this rounder repeats the baker’s gestures, allowing great respect of the dough honeycomb structure, even very hydrated. You can either take the dough pieces as they are, or drop them directly into the integrated moulder to produce short moulded loaves.
