Automatic divider-rounder, suitable for dividing and rounding soft, semi-hard and hard doughs. Specially designed for semi-industrial and industrial production, it ensures high production rates, high level of weight accuracy and exceptional rounding quality!

The robustness and compactness of the RL make it a divider-rounder highly prized by semi-industrial and industrial bakeries.

  • Internal flourer
  • Touch screen control system with 200 storable recipes 
  • Simplified cleaning 
  • Speed: 1 500 pieces / h (according to weight and dough type). Possibility of having up to 8 output bands, ie 12 000 pieces/h maximum.
  • Feed hopper (about 12-15kg of dough)
  • Outfeed belt: 109cm
  • Touch screen control system. Allows determining easily the following parameters: 
  1. Adjustment of dough piece weight and choice of piston
  2. Adjustment of the pressure and rounding time
  3. Adjustment of flour dusters
  4. Production rates adjustment
  • Possibility of having 2 different piston sizes, to widen the range of weights that can go from 20g to 280g (depending on the model)
  • Hopper with 6 inner rollers for a good descent of the dough in the piston and good regularity of weights
  • 2-step rounding system: for rounding like by hand
  • 2 flour dusters in the hopper to avoid any sticking
  • Hopper security: laser barriers avoid having to lift a grid at each filling
  • Pack No Stress: pressure regulator when entering the piston, and during the rounding with the tray. To get an optimum respect of your doughs, even of the most fragile ones.
