Armor HV horizontal moulder

The Armor HV horizontal moulder includes all the features of the Armor Tradition model, but also is reinforced to keep higher daily rates. The included Tradition Pack will allow you to limit the degassing of your dough. Up to 1 800 pieces/h.

The ARMOR HV moulder is comparable in terms of operation and respect for the dough to those manufactured by MERAND since 1954, at the beginning of mechanical shaping in France. With its fixed table extension, it reproduces manual shaping without heating the dough.

Its 2-step lengthening system allows you to lengthen your baguettes to the desired length, without having to touch them up manually. It is equipped with the Alveo+ system, where the lamination roller has small cells (similar to a golf ball), which reproduce manual rolling. This system will allow you to avoid degassing even the most fragile doughs.

The included Pointop accessory will give you beautiful, point-ended baguettes, shaped automatically.

The Armor HV (for High Volume) can handle higher daily rates thanks to its structure and mechanics which are more robust than those of a traditional shaper. Its all stainless steel casing will give it a longer life, and its feeding belt will guarantee a good return of the dough pieces into the lamination rollers.

  2. Pointop: accessory to make pointed end

The Lofty divider can automatically divide dough pieces for breads and baguettes from 1 000 to 2 400 pieces/h. Its hopper with a capacity of approximately 200kg of dough gives the possibility of pouring a complete kneader into it. It is the basis of most MERAND automatic groups.
