Dividing machine for forming dough blocks for divider-shaper or press-shaper Atoupains or Stradivario MERAND. Fixed work table for the preparation of the dough blocks (storage of 3 trays possible). 

  • Piston 150mm, for dough pieces of up to 1 600g (dough pieces accumulation to form dough blocks)
  • Oil filtering system
  • Disengageable mechanical flour duster

  • Capacity example: division of 100kg flour mixer into 3.5kg bins in about 6 minutes
  • Tray support shelf that allows you to place 3 trays and work non-stop
  • Closed pressure hopper of about 200kg of dough (according to type of dough) to ensure a regular descent of the dough in the piston
  • Automatic opening and closing of the hopper in oder to provide working comfort to the operators
  • Central console commands with :

  2. Weight adjustment control
  3. Speed control
  4. On / Off button
  5. Emergency stop

Armor moulders allow better respect for the dough thanks to their dough extension on a fixed table, thus reproducing manual shaping for optimal results.

PolyPains automatic bread line

Composed of the automatic DivBloc Dual dough block divider, the BMF automatic intermediate proofer and the Armor Tradition horizontal moulder, the PolyPains automatic group allows the production of a wide range of high quality white and traditional breads.

Thanks to its automatic loading and emptying the BMF ensures a high production rates and minimize operator handling. The moulder is situated outside the proofer.
Up to 560 pockets in total.
Dough pieces up to 1000g max.
