• Machine Control: Our sales representatives have further deepened their knowledge of MERAND machines and automatic lines, as well as the principles of maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation. 

• Dough, Flours, Ingredients & Improvers: They delved into the specific properties of each ingredient, discovering the synergies to create exceptional products.
