DivBloc Dual dough block divider

In addition to producing blocks of dough to feed, in particular, divider-shapers, ciabatta machines,... the Divbloc Dual can also feed the intermediate proofer of your automatic group. One machine for 2 functions, save space and increase productivity! Up to 2 400 dough pieces/h.

Volumetric divider for automatic group, that can also be used as a divider for forming dough blocks used afterwards in divider-shaper or press-shaper MERAND. The conveyor belt to the intermediate proofer is rotating and can be used as a work table for the preparation of dough blocks (storage of 3 trays possible).

  • 120mm piston, for dough pieces from 90 to 1 000g (accumulation of dough pieces for dough block forming)

  • Closed pressure hopper of about 200kg of dough (according to type of dough) to ensure a regular descent of the dough in the piston
  • Automatic opening and closing of the hopper in order to provide working comfort to the operators
  • MF2S System (Pre-Saphing Without Stress) to pre-elongate dough pieces

  2. Weight adjustment 
  3. Speed control

Designed on the same basis as the Div-Smart divider-shaper, this new automatic and connected machine can also produce 10 baguettes in 10 seconds, without using the grid holder, after having simply closed the lid (50% less handling). In addition, thanks to the AlvéoForm tray, no need to transfer the dough pieces twice before placing in the oven!
