The transverse rolling module can be added to the Aquapan 6500, 7500 and 9000 (industrial line) models.

A roller moves back and forth in the width direction to spread the dough.

The rolling speed as well as the height are adjustable according to the type of dough. This module optimizes the regularity of the dough piece weights.
