Founded by three partners Christophe TRICHEUR, Vincent PINCELOUP and Eric PIGNE in 2015, OBONGOO is the first semi-industrial 100% organic bakery in Normandy.
Today the company employs 6 people; it continues to carry out its values of producing organic products and is supplied exclusively by local organic producers.
Thanks to the local proximity the company has succeeded and continues to grow rapidly. The growing demand and rapidly evolving market have pushed three partners to switch to an industrial breadmaking line which would have allowed them to satisfy their needs in terms of product quantity and quality and to preserve the artisanal production aspect.
The choice of the new line was made during the visit to the 2016 Europain trade show, where we exhibited our automatic line FlexiLine 1.8.
The company had many criteria for choosing the new line: "The price was important to us, but it was rather the artisanal aspect of breads, and the results in terms of the quantity and the regularity of the final products that mattered to us above all. Today, we are able to produce from 3,000 to 5,000 pieces (parts of baguettes) per hour, which has not been possible before".
