SKYCHEF SERVAIR, the French company based in Seychelles and specializing in air catering and out-of-home catering, bought in March 2017 our hydraulic divider Diva2 Div-X and would like to share with you its experience:

"One of our customers wanted to serve a snack box with sandwiches, and that's why we decided to buy a machine to produce ciabatta sandwiches (1000 pieces per week).

Before, we had to divide the ciabatta manually; as a result the product size was a bit irregular. With the purchase of the machine MERAND this problem doesn't occur any more. The divider is very compact and allows dividing very hydrated and sticky doughs. Moreover, the Diva2 Div-X is multifunctional - it allows obtaining a large range of products with different size and shape, which gives us a real flexibility. Various grids and accessories such as BlockForm and EasyDoor optimize and facilitate our work.
