Today we're going to tell you the story of C'est Si Bon Bakery, founded 45 years ago in Newport Beach, California. Created in 1979 by Paul Kohne and Bruno Campos, this bakery was the first to offer French baguettes, croissants, and café au lait in Newport Beach. Nowadays, C'est Si Bon Bakery offers a wide range of high quality products: baguettes, sandwiches, breads, croissants, pastries and pastries.
Faced with growing demand, three years ago, the bakery invested in the Trégor moulder and the Lofty MERAND volumetric divider. According to the co-owners: "Production has become very easy to manage. The equipment adapts to production peaks, holidays and slow times. With our small bakery, this compact line was ideal. Easy to use, it saves us time precious and ensures consistent quality. We are very happy with it!”
