When Michel Baudouin invested in MERAND equipment in 1989, he knew he was buying quality machines, which would help him on a daily basis in his bakery. That was over 30 years ago, and its automatic group still helps! It is composed of a volumetric divider, an eccentric rounder, a swing and a horizontal moulder.

The number of baguettes and buns that have been able to pass over this group has not been counted for a long time now. It is the interested party who speaks about it best: “These are very good machines, solid and which last over time! I knew the MERAND brand well, but I admit that I did not imagine such longevity of the equipment. The quality of bread that comes out is excellent”. Mr Baudouin handed over, but the machines did not say their last word: they were bought by another bakery to give them a second life! A little refresh, and here we go again!
