Roller Dual

Rounder-moulders Roller Dual have the same characteristics as RotaBall eccentric rounders, as far as rounding is concerned.

The rounder is in the upper part of the machine. A moulder is incorporated below.

Thanks to a by-pass, the dough goes into the moulder after rounding. This moulder is designed for short breads.
