FlexiLine 2.5 automatic bread line

Since its creation in 1963, the bread factory Khlebzavod N°3 has become the main company of Stavropol; its products are sold in most bakeries and supermarkets of the city. Today, this fully mechanized industrial bakery makes more than 70 types of bread and has already obtained many diplomas and certificates for the high quality of its breads. The plant employs more than 700 people and produces about 45 tons of bread per day.

In order to modernize its production line, expand its range of products and satisfy the increasing demand, in 2015, Khlebzavod N°3 decided to invest in the automatic line FlexiLine 2.5 MERAND. After testing the machine and being satisfied with its performance and the quality of the finished products, the company decided to invest in the automatic scoring machine Grigne Pain, the divider-weigher Softy and two divider-shapers Atoupains MERAND.

Mr POZDNIAKOV, the production manager of the factory, told us about the level of satisfaction of these machines:

"We've been working with MERAND for years. It is the quality of the equipment and the good quality/price ratio that influenced our choice. The industrial line is a long-term investment and we wanted to invest in quality equipment. Today we own several MERAND machines and are very satisfied with them, they meet our needs and expectations.

Considering high production rates, we needed a line capable of working during 12-15 hours per day. And I should say that the automatic line FlexiLine 2.5 does a very good job. Thanks to this line we obtain well-shaped high-quality breads.

We appreciate the performance of the divider-weigher Softy. This machine allows obtaining a very good weight regularity and thus ensures a considerable productivity gain which is very important in our work.

Thanks to the scoring machine Grigne Pains we have optimized and completely automated our production process while reducing the cost of labor. This machine allows us to have regular cuts and nice breads.
