Hyper-Intermarché La Teste-De-Buch

On 5 November 2017, the Bakery & Pastry department of the hyper-Intermarché La Teste-De-Buch invested in the divider-shaper Atoupains MERAND.
The decision of Mr. GIANDUZZO (adherent) to buy a new machine was taken following the creation of a traditional bakery department, which required more equipment.

The bakery department manager of Intermarché Mr SUPERVIE told us:

Why did we choose the machine MERAND Atoupains?

"First of all, for its versatility: thanks to the Atoupains system we produce baguettes de Tradition, moreover with the wide choice of grids we can also produce square bread and breads of all sizes. All our breads are of artisan quality and have a beautiful honeycomb structure.
Secondly, we prefer to work with French manufacturers in order to easily contact the After-Sales Service and to order quickly spare parts if necessary.
Today, we are fully satisfied with the new MERAND divider-shaper that entirely meets our productivity needs: we produce between 250 and 300 of quality baguettes a day off-season. We highly recommend this product to our collegues-bakers"
