Armor ABS horizontal moulder
AU PAIN DE MON GRAND-PERE
Respect for Tradition, artisanal know-how, taste for Adventure ... these are the 3 things that characterize the artisanal bakery AU PAIN DE MON GRAND-PERE (France).
The story that began 18 years ago in the Krutenau, historic district of Strasbourg, has turned into a great adventure for a father and his son. Established throughout eastern France, this family bakery now has a dozen shops. The main secret of such success lies in the desire to offer very high quality breads made from local and organic ingredients.
MERAND Mécapâte is proud to indirectly be part of this great success. And here is why: since the beginning of the creation, Patrick (father) and Bruno (son) DINEL discovered the Armor ABS horizontal moulder MERAND and have never separated from it since. This moulder, that has been equipping all AU PAIN DE MON GRAND-PERE bakeries for 18 years, has never disappointed its owners. We had a real pleasure to talk to Bruno DINEL, and here is what he told us about our Armor ABS moulder :
"What we liked from the start about this moulder is its ergonomics, ease of use and ease of maintenance. Its use is very intuitive and hardly requires any training of personnel. It must also be said that it is is a very reliable and robust machine, we never had any breakdowns or problems with it.
And of course the excellent quality and consistency of the end products. It is a moulder that is very respectful of the dough and allows to obtain results very similar to manual moulding: very beautiful products with a nice honeycomb structure. We make most of our products on this machine: baguettes, long loaves, sandwich breads, and we are very satisfied with the quality.
The Armor ABS moulder is quality verified by time, and by ourselves. And we strongly recommend it to our fellow bakers ".
Recently Bruno DINEL has chosen to renew his confidence in MERAND equipment by acquiring his first DIVA Hydraulic Divider which completes the Armor ABS Moulder.
In addition to strong and affirmed values, the AU PAIN DE MON GRAND-PERE bakery is also a desire to pass on know-how to the youngest by giving the opportunity to many apprentices to train within the House. Bruno DINEL wanted to give a word to one of his apprentices, so we were able to discuss with Antonin HUGEL, currently in his first year of the Professional Boulanger Brevet at the CFA d'Eschau (67) and user of the Armor ABS moulder and the DIVA divider:
"It is a simple but efficient divider that allows us to work quickly by dividing into 20 or 10 dough pieces. Cleaning is really simplified compared to other dividers thanks to the opening of the doors without tools. The divider is well thought out. with the foldable worktable which is very practical. I am very happy to work with this machine".
We would like to thank the DINEL family and all the employees of AU PAIN DE MON GRAND-PERE bakery for the confidence they continue to dive us after so many years of partnership.
