Esprit Pain Bakery
We had the pleasure of discussing with Esther Becker, manager of the Esprit Pain Bakery in Wiwersheim (67) and user of our divider-shaper Diva Atoupains.
Having worked in Sales Management positions at Moulins Soufflet, Esther Becker created Esprit Pain in 2015 with the desire to offer quality products with the emphasis on a pure traditional baguettes and homemade pastries.
On the advice of the MERAND representative of her sector, Mr. Becker chose to equip her bakery with a Diva Atoupains divider-former, which allows the production of beautiful baguettes thanks to its patented Alvéoform® system. Almost immediately after the opening, Esprit Pain wo the Silver Baguettes trophy awarded by the Federation of Bakers of the Bas-Rhin.
The bakers of Esprit Pain produce around 500 to 600 traditional baguettes per day with the Diva Atoupains, and at the end of the year Madame Becker was abl to take advatage of the wide choice of cutting grids in order to divide the brioche dough and produce Mannuele, emblematic Christmas product in Alsace.
Esther Becker tells us about what she likes about the MERAND divider :
