Grigne Pains scoring machine
The Grigne Pains scarifier reproduces the ancestral gesture of the baker: the grigne of the dough pieces before loading. Up to 1,000 blade strokes/minute. Straight and oblique cut.
The Grigne Pains is simple to use, but extremely efficient. Only one operator is needed for the scarifying station, which can perform up to 1,000 blade strokes per minute ! All stainless steel, this machine will bring you productivity, regularity and a certain comfort of work.
The nibbling is done with blades, just like in a traditional bakery.
