“Galette des rois” workshop at MERAND

MERAND presents the new pros of the galette des rois 😃👑

The friendly workshop provided by our baker-demonstrator Xavier LE BENOIST and the general director Thierry CLAUSSE in our Baking Lab was a real success. Puffing the dough, preparing the frangipane, assembling the galettes, ... and yes they know how to do it all now!!! 💪💪💪

Congratulations to all participants ! The galettes des rois were really delicious! 😋 We all tasted them together after the “MERAND Corp” annual meeting. A real moment of sharing and a great atmosphere! Thank you very much to Xavier and Thierry for this workshop full of discoveries and laughter!!! 😊
