In order to strengthen its team, MERAND is recruiting an AREA SALES MANAGER | FRANCE / EXPORT
After training on our machines at our headquarters (near Rennes), where you will be based, you will have travel in France and abroad.
Reporting to the Sales Director, within an experienced team of salespeople and consulting bakers, you work for a brand, recognized for its technical mastery and reliability. From our office near Rennes, you will monitor your current business (signed contracts or prospecting), you will organize your appointments and customer visits in order to optimize your travel and customer visits.
After a training period, you will take charge of, among other things, the following missions:
SALES MANAGER
Develop and lead partnerships with MERAND resellers/distributors
Prospecting for major accounts (industrial and semi-industrial bakeries, artisan bakers with around ten stores, supermarkets, etc.)
Development of a network of “prescribers” (millers, manufacturers of bread-making ingredients and improvers, other manufacturers of bakery equipment, etc.)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proven experience in commercial negotiation and if possible in industrial equipement would be a plus

Fluency in English or other languages would be a plus

Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies
