The FEB professional days in Biarritz
We were delighted to participate in the three professional days of the Federation of Bakery Entrepreneurs (FEB).
These three days were extremely enriching, with the presence of renowned speakers such as Sébastien ABIS, director of CLUB DEMETER, and Hervé Le Prince, director of the NEWSENS company, speaking for Les Z'Homnivores.
Two captivating round tables were organized: one on decarbonization and energy savings, followed by another on safety and prevention of Musculo-Skeletal Disorders (MSD) at work, in which we actively participated with AG2R LA MONDIALE. At MERAND we attach particular importance to this subject and have long been committed to improving the ergonomics and safety of our machines, thus providing user bakers with a safe working environment.
We had the honor of receiving a visit from the Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, who made promising announcements in favor of our sector and expressed his recognition for the excellence of our know-how.
We concluded these three days with a very informative visit to the Onoré de Bonlac site. A big thank you to Alexandre Vigneron for his transparency and warm welcome.
These days were also an opportunity for rich exchanges with bakery entrepreneurs, allowing us to share about the profession and explore sources of innovation in order to design and develop machines that always better meet the expectations of users, bakers.
