Last year the Moldavian Company Hegemon Grup invested in our divider-shaper Div’X, which was installed in the Bakery section of the Metro Cash & Carry supermarket in Chisinau.

Mrs. GRAJDEAN, the technologist of the company, shared with us the company's experience of using this machine:

"Before the purchase of the divider-shaper Div’X, all production was done manually. So we had a lot of staff which required a lot of space in the bakehouse. In addition, the quality of the finished products was not very good, there was no accuracy in weights, and the products were not of the same shape.

With the Div’X divider-shaper, we do not have that kind of problems anymore. Today we produce breads of very good quality and with a very high accuracy in weights. In addition, the machine is very compact, easy to use and modern. Cleaning is also very easy and fast due to CleanUp tool-free cleaning system.

Thanks to this machine, we adapted the method of dough fermentation in trays. We prepare the dough blocks the day before and the day of production we only have to divide them before baking. As a result, we can adapt our production to the needs of our customers and serve them hot fresh bread all day long. This is also a huge time saving.

Another big advantage of this machine is that it can be used as a divider-shaper but also as a hydraulic divider, which has allowed us to significantly expand our product range. Currently we produce baguettes, sandwich bread, rolls and ciabatta. Our customers are very satisfied as well as we are. "
