Rolling Line PolyCombi automatic bread line

Based in Antibes, Boulangerie Thierry has been renowned since 1973 for the high quality and variety of its products. From white breads and baguettes to speciality rolls (sandwiches, cocktails, etc.), not forgetting a whole range of home-made Viennese pastries, its range is sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Taken over a year and a half ago by father and son Philippe and Guillaume Leroy, Thierry's bakery invested a fortnight ago in MERAND's Rolling PolyCombi automatic line. The decision is aimed at developing a burger market in the region.
